The Twin
Directive 2.14 — Stillwalk Protocol — applies to all encounters with TW-222 while mobile. Upon sighting: stop. Do not make eye contact. Do not speak. Do not move. Wait a minimum of 60 seconds after TW-222 has left the area before resuming movement. No encounter with TW-222 is to be recorded in any log, report, or personal notation. Personnel who observe TW-222 outside Sector 7 are to follow Directive 2.14 and submit no written record of the event. This is the protocol. It is not optional.
TW-222 is a humanoid entity approximately 2.4 metres in height with a surface that absorbs all ambient light, appearing as a vantablack silhouette in all recording media. Its eyes are the sole exception: two fixed points of red luminescence. TW-222 shares a consciousness with TW-000. The nature and scope of that link are classified above Level 4. TW-222 operates on an internal prioritisation system that researchers have designated an event queue — a finite series of trigger conditions that, when met, result in TW-222 identifying and pursuing a designated target. Seven trigger conditions have been partially documented. Trigger 7 is classified above most of the Board. When not active, TW-222 is housed in Sector 7. When TW-222 moves through the facility, it does so without announcement or scheduled pattern. It has never been observed entering Board Member 7's office. When Board Member 7 is off-site, TW-222 does not walk.
