TW-219 is a classification held in reserve for an entity that has communicated its intention to make formal contact with M.A.L.I.C.E but has not yet done so. The communication — received via a method that has not been disclosed below Level 5 — specified a date. That date is 14 months from now. The entity described itself in terms that do not correspond to any known TW classification. The Director's response to the communication was a single word, classified, and a preparation order.

TW-219 was classified the day after the communication was received. The analyst who received it requested immediate leave. They returned 3 days later and have not referenced the communication's content.
