TW-217 is M.A.L.I.C.E's designation for evidence suggesting the existence of an organisation structurally identical to M.A.L.I.C.E operating in parallel — same mandate, different personnel, different facility, different catalogue. Evidence includes 3 anomalous subjects who claim prior M.A.L.I.C.E contact despite no record in M.A.L.I.C.E databases, a recovered document bearing M.A.L.I.C.E letterhead with an unrecognised case reference number series, and TW-163's letters, which twice referenced operational details that matched no known M.A.L.I.C.E activity. The other organisation, if it exists, has not made contact.

TW-217 was theorised following the recovery of the letterhead document, which bore a version of M.A.L.I.C.E's logo with a single element mirrored.
