TW-215 cannot be contained. Affected personnel are debriefed. Their responses to the entity's questions are recorded and cross-referenced. The entity's identity and purpose remain unknown. Its questions have been analysed extensively and assessed as 'consistent with evaluation of fitness for a purpose not yet stated.'

TW-215 is a phenomenon in which specific M.A.L.I.C.E personnel, at unrelated times and in unrelated locations, report waking from sleep having conducted a detailed interview with an unseen entity. All reports are structurally identical: a dark, featureless room, a voice asking measured questions about their work and motivations, and a feeling of being assessed rather than threatened. No subject feels distressed by the experience. Fourteen personnel have reported it. The entity in all accounts asks identical questions.

TW-215 was identified when 3 personnel independently submitted anomaly reports describing the same experience on the same night from different locations.
