TW-211 is in voluntary cooperative residence. They have agreed to controlled exposure to other TW phenomena for research purposes and seem to find the repeated null results mildly amusing.

TW-211 is an individual who is unaffected by the anomalous properties of every other TW they have been exposed to. TW-001's hollow stare produces no reaction. TW-136's compelling truth-effect does not activate. TW-169's guilt measurement returns 0g regardless of stated guilt. They describe themselves as 'nothing special.' M.A.L.I.C.E considers this the most anomalous thing they have encountered and is investigating whether TW-211 represents an immunity, a counter-field, or something the organisation currently lacks the framework to categorise.

TW-211 was discovered when they were accidentally included in a TW-001 exposure trial for a different study. They were the only subject with no response. They asked if they'd done it wrong.
