TW-210 is an entity observed performing maintenance tasks — cleaning, minor repairs, cable management — in M.A.L.I.C.E's own facility during off-hours. It appears as a humanoid figure in standard facility maintenance coveralls. It carries the correct tools for whatever task it is performing. It does not appear on any staff roster. Its work is always correct and to specification. Attempts to address it have produced no response. It has worked in the facility for at least 7 years.

TW-210 was first noticed when a night security guard reported a maintenance worker in an area with no scheduled maintenance. The guard's description did not match any staff member. Review of security footage confirmed consistent appearances over the prior 3 years.
