TW-208 is a building that emits a faint visible light from its windows at night with no internal light source present or active. The light has been measured and does not correspond to any known emission spectrum. Individuals inside the building during emission episodes describe feeling acutely aware of other people — not those physically present but people known to them at a distance. Several have described sudden, accurate understanding of how a distant person was feeling at that moment. All confirmed cases of this 'remote awareness' have been verified post-hoc.

TW-208 was identified by a photographer documenting the city's architecture who found the building's windows glowing in long-exposure night photography taken when the building was confirmed vacant.
