The Morning After
TW-207 is monitored with resident cooperation. Residents are debriefed following each episode. M.A.L.I.C.E has found the phenomenon stable and non-harmful. Residents are not identified publicly.
TW-207 is a phenomenon affecting a small cluster of residents in a coastal village who, every third Tuesday, wake with complete and detailed memories of a life they did not live. The memories are vivid, internally consistent, and last 3–4 hours before fading entirely. Residents describe the experience as pleasant but disorienting. No two residents receive the same memories. The memories are always of someone else's life. Residents have begun calling these Tuesdays 'visiting days.'
TW-207 was self-reported by a village resident who submitted a written account to a local folklore society and added: 'I don't know who the man in my memories is, but he had a very good life, and I'm grateful to have visited it.'
No incident reports on file.
