TW-203 is in voluntary cooperative residence. They are provided with writing materials to document all episodes. Their transcripts are archived. The characters they describe have been assessed as internally consistent people. M.A.L.I.C.E's position on their ontological status is under review.

TW-203 is an individual who experiences, at random intervals, complete and vivid episodes of living as characters from novels — not novels they have read, but novels that do not exist. They inhabit these characters fully for 1–6 hours, with no awareness of their actual identity during the episode. Upon return they retain full memory of both. They have described lives, relationships, and histories of approximately 60 characters to date. Cross-reference with all published fiction confirms none exist in any known work. They describe the experiences as both wonderful and unbearable.

TW-203 was referred by their GP following a 4-hour episode during which they had a sustained conversation with family members in a language they do not speak. The episode was captured on video.
