TW-201 is an individual who can determine the precise structural vulnerabilities of any building within 90 seconds of entry — not through expertise but through an involuntary and immediate perception that they cannot prevent or control. They describe 'seeing' failure points as glowing lines in walls, floors, and ceilings. They have refused to enter 4 buildings that subsequently collapsed, with no prior engineering warning. They will not enter M.A.L.I.C.E's facility and have not stated why.

TW-201 was referred by an insurance assessor who found their client's surveying accuracy to be statistically inexplicable.
