TW-197 is an entity encountered in a restaurant that has operated continuously for 60 years under the same name but with no documented owner. The entity acts as front-of-house staff, seating guests, taking orders, and providing exemplary service. It does not appear on any employment record. Guests describe it as 'the best host I've ever had.' It cannot be photographed. M.A.L.I.C.E agents who have dined there report the entity seems to know, without being told, exactly what they needed that day. The food is exceptional. The entity is not the chef.

TW-197 was identified when a food critic's review described the host in terms that triggered an anomaly flag in M.A.L.I.C.E's media monitoring system.
