TW-194 is a phenomenon in which individuals receive communications — text messages, emails, voicemails — from people who did not send them, containing things the sender privately thought or wanted to say but chose not to. The communications are accurate. The senders have no knowledge of them. Recipients are universally distressed. The phenomenon has occurred in 340 confirmed cases. The transmission mechanism is unknown.

TW-194 was identified when 6 individuals filed anomaly reports in the same week describing the same phenomenon. Cross-reference confirmed all 6 cases shared structural similarities.
