Night Measure
TW-193 is monitored. Residents are cooperative and have signed informal non-disclosure agreements. Structural integrity is assessed annually. The building has not grown on the outside.
TW-193 is a phenomenon in a specific apartment building where the rooms are measurably larger at night than during the day. The size differential is consistent: all rooms expand by approximately 18% between 11pm and 5am. Furniture remains in position; the additional space appears at the room's perimeter. Residents notice and have adjusted, using the extra space for activities they would not otherwise have room for. Building permits do not account for the variation. Residents consider it a feature.
TW-193 was flagged by a resident who contacted M.A.L.I.C.E to ask if the expansion was legal and whether they owed additional rent.
No incident reports on file.
