TW-174 is a door in the secure wing of M.A.L.I.C.E's facility that refuses to be opened for certain individuals. The door is mechanically normal — it opens freely for most personnel. For a specific subset of 6 individuals, it will not open regardless of credential, force, or technical override. The 6 individuals share no common characteristic identifiable to M.A.L.I.C.E. What the door is refusing them access to, or why those specific individuals, is unknown.

TW-174 was identified when a routine access audit flagged 6 personnel whose key card logs showed repeated failed entries at a single door. All 6 had claimed the door was jammed. It was not jammed.
