TW-166 is in voluntary cooperation. They provide mapping services for M.A.L.I.C.E field operations as needed. The facility map they produced is filed under Level 4 clearance. Its contents have not been fully verified.

TW-166 is an individual who can draw, from memory, a precise and accurate map of any location they have never visited, to within 3 metres of survey accuracy. They cannot explain how. The ability applies only to places that currently exist — they have been tested with demolished buildings and produce only blank paper. They become distressed when asked to map M.A.L.I.C.E's own facility and the resulting map includes rooms that do not appear on official plans.

TW-166 was self-referred by a geography teacher who had noticed they could draw precise road layouts for cities they'd never been to and found it increasingly difficult to explain during lessons.
