Affected individuals experience euphoria, visual disturbances, and brief vivid hallucinations described consistently as 'more real than real life.' No lasting harm has been documented. Repeat visitors have been observed intentionally seeking exposure.

TW-164 was identified when a mountaineering group lodged a report about a 'weather event' after two members were briefly incapacitated. Their descriptions of the hallucination matched accounts in a local legend dating back 200 years.
