The Correspondent
All correspondence from TW-163 is intercepted at the mail room and routed to Intelligence Division. No reply has been sent — attempted replies have been returned unopened with no notation. TW-163 is designated 'aware' and treated as a priority intelligence concern.
TW-163 is an entity that communicates exclusively through unsolicited correspondence sent to M.A.L.I.C.E via post. Letters have been arriving for 11 years — always on cream-coloured paper, always in a typewritten format, always addressing current M.A.L.I.C.E operations with a level of accuracy that suggests direct knowledge of classified activity. The entity has never identified itself. Postmarks shift constantly — different cities each time, sometimes cities that do not exist.
TW-163 was identified when Intelligence Division noticed a pattern of inexplicably accurate letters over a 6-month period. Cross-referencing confirmed 11 letters predicted operational events that were classified at the time of posting.
Incident Report #001 — Date: [REDACTED]
TW-163 sent a letter addressed personally to the Director, by name, referencing an operation that had not been briefed to anyone outside a 4-person inner circle. The letter ended: 'You should check who has access to Room 14B.' This was before TW-136 was classified.
