Document Reference: TW-154
Inherited Static
TW-154 family members are catalogued via handwritten records only. They are not held in custody and most are unaware of the anomaly. M.A.L.I.C.E maintains hand-drawn portraits for identification purposes.
TW-154 is a genetic anomaly observed in a family across 5 generations: all family members produce a faint electrical charge that corrupts digital recording equipment within 3 metres. They photograph as static. Their voices are not captured by any microphone. They exist in no digital record of any kind. In an era of total digital infrastructure, they are statistically invisible. There are currently 34 known family members.
TW-154 was identified when a genealogical researcher attempting to trace a family noted that no photograph, recording, or digital record of any family member existed across 5 generations despite confirmed documentary evidence of their lives.
No incident reports on file.
