TW-152 is monitored from a perimeter in January. Entry during the phenomenon period is not approved — observation teams have entered and found each other invisible. Civilian access is restricted via road closures attributed to maintenance.

TW-152 is a coastal resort town that becomes, every January, entirely devoid of any evidence of human habitation — buildings stand, services function, lights are on, but no person is present. This includes residents, tourists, and M.A.L.I.C.E observation teams who enter during this period, who report the town as populated but are not perceivable by each other. The phenomenon ends on the first of February. All residents return with no gap in their subjective experience.

TW-152 was identified when a M.A.L.I.C.E analyst cross-referenced January visitor statistics for the town over 20 years and found them uniformly, impossibly zero.
