Individuals who plan events using TW-151 find those events consistently succeed beyond normal probability. Individuals who plan significant life events — job applications, medical procedures, travel — using TW-151's dates report extraordinary outcomes with a confirmed success rate of 89%. The mechanism is entirely unknown.

TW-151 was submitted by a retired events planner who had used it for 30 years and noticed the success rate. They had simply assumed they were good at their job.
