TW-140 is a sealed envelope postmarked 40 years ago, addressed to a recipient who has since died, that cannot be opened by any method. Its weight varies between 2g and 180g with no external change. Three individuals have reported that holding it gives them the impression they know what it contains, though none can articulate the knowledge.

TW-140 was submitted by the deceased recipient's family who found it in an attic and presumed it was glued shut.
