TW-138 is an individual who cannot feel hunger or satiation and must be reminded to eat. When reminded, they consume quantities fatal to any non-anomalous individual with no adverse effect. Their body mass remains constant regardless of intake. What their body does with the excess is unknown — no excretion mechanism accounts for it.

TW-138 was self-referred. They walked in, described their situation, and added: 'I just ate a radiator. Not the whole thing. Just to see.'
