TW-133 is an 18-minute audio recording whose sustained tone causes the permanent elimination of a specific fear in any listener who completes the full file. Partial listening produces no benefit. Listeners exceeding 4 sessions report the replacement of removed fears with new, more elaborate ones of their own invention.

TW-133 was recovered from an abandoned research building alongside 34 blank cassette tapes. The building's original purpose and occupancy records are missing.
