TW-132 is an entity encountered in a decommissioned correctional facility, appearing as a correctional officer in period uniform performing routine duties with complete disregard for the building's abandonment. Its ledger, observed via remote camera, contains 400+ pages of entries. Any attempt to retrieve the ledger results in TW-132 completing its round several seconds faster.

TW-132 was identified by urban explorers who posted footage online. M.A.L.I.C.E removed the footage and acquired the facility within 72 hours. Two explorers reported TW-132 appeared to look directly at the camera before the footage ended.
