TW-125 is monitored nightly. All names are recorded and cross-referenced with all available M.A.L.I.C.E databases. Personnel are not to listen for their own name — two have done so. One reported hearing their name on a Tuesday. They requested immediate reassignment. Request approved.

TW-125 is a broadcast receivable on FM frequency [REDACTED] that plays nothing but silence, except between the hours of 3:14am and 3:19am, during which a voice reads aloud what appear to be personal names — first and last — at a pace of one name every 4 seconds. The list never repeats. Approximately 40% of names read have been cross-referenced with M.A.L.I.C.E's anomalous subject database. The remaining 60% are unidentified. The broadcast origin has not been located. Whether the names represent individuals alive, dead, or yet to exist is undetermined.

TW-125 was detected by a M.A.L.I.C.E signals monitoring programme. The frequency had been flagged as dead air for 11 years before a night operator noticed the 3:14am window.
