The Unfinished Man
TW-115 is housed in a furnished room in the voluntary subjects wing. It is provided with paper and writing instruments at all times. Interactions are conducted via a slot in the door. Photography is forbidden per TW-115's standing objection, which M.A.L.I.C.E has upheld on ethical grounds. TW-115 participates in weekly interviews.
TW-115 is a humanoid entity that appears partially rendered — certain areas of its form are distinctly absent, as though detail was never applied. Its left hand terminates at the wrist in a flat plane. Its face has features on one side only. It communicates via written notes produced from its complete hand, expressing frustration and philosophical distress about its condition. It is fully sentient and cooperative with containment, though it refuses to be photographed.
TW-115 walked into a M.A.L.I.C.E field office in [REDACTED] and asked to speak to someone in charge. It left a note explaining it had been 'like this' as long as it could remember and wanted answers. No answers have been provided to date.
Incident Report #001 — Date: [REDACTED]
TW-115 passed a note under the door reading: 'I have been counting my steps and I believe I am losing inches. Please measure me.' Measurement confirmed TW-115 is 4cm shorter than at intake. The incomplete regions have grown slightly larger. No cause identified.
