TW-112 is a phenomenon observed in secondhand clothing stores within a specific 12km radius. Garments purchased from these stores retain a tactile memory of their previous owner. Wearers report feeling phantom hands adjusting collars, phantom weight on shoulders as if being embraced, and in some cases full sensory episodes of the previous owner's emotional states at the time of wearing. The effect is benign but disorienting and non-transferable — it ends when the garment is removed.

TW-112 was reported by a field agent who purchased a coat at a thrift shop within the affected radius and experienced a 4-minute episode of grief so intense they were unable to drive. Subsequent investigation confirmed the phenomenon was consistent across multiple garments and purchasers.
