Containment Procedures

TW-110 cannot be contained. The seven individuals are monitored discreetly — none are aware they are M.A.L.I.C.E subjects. If any of the seven begins acting in a manner consistent with fulfilling an obligation, M.A.L.I.C.E is to intervene and detain prior to completion. What constitutes such behaviour is not yet defined. Developing a definition is Priority 1.

Description

TW-110 is a designation applied to a phenomenon for which M.A.L.I.C.E currently has only indirect evidence. Seven individuals — none of whom have met — have independently reported making an agreement with an entity they cannot describe, cannot remember the specifics of, and cannot explain the circumstances of. All seven report that the agreement was made willingly, that they do not regret it, and that they are now 'waiting for their part.' None can specify what their part is. All seven are otherwise psychologically healthy. M.A.L.I.C.E's concern is not with the seven individuals but with what, eventually, will be asked of them.

Discovery Log

TW-110 was identified when two individuals independently described the same experience to M.A.L.I.C.E in separate unrelated contexts. Cross-database search identified five additional matching accounts. No account was found prior to 3 years ago. All seven cases occurred within the same 6-month window.
