TW-107 cannot be contained. Affected personnel are to be monitored and supported. They are not to be isolated or disclosed to as a group — historical clustering has produced compounding effects. Affected personnel are assigned a dedicated medical liaison. They retain their clearance and duties unless their perception actively impairs function. Research into the mechanism is Priority 2 and classified above this record.
TW-107 is an unquantified cognitive contamination. Individuals who have spent significant time around Class-IV anomalies develop a secondary perception — described variously as 'a second set of eyes,' 'a wrong angle,' or 'something that looks through me.' The perception manifests differently per individual but consistently involves awareness of things that are not present and things that are present but should not be. TW-107 is not an entity. It may be a neurological consequence of anomalous exposure, a transmitted phenomenon, or something for which M.A.L.I.C.E has no adequate category. 31 personnel are currently registered as TW-107-positive.
TW-107 was identified retrospectively when a statistical review of long-service Class-IV personnel found a significant cluster of unexplained perceptual reports. The pattern was consistent enough to warrant a separate TW designation.
Incident Report #001 — Date: [REDACTED]
Three TW-107-positive personnel were inadvertently assigned to the same team for a Class-IV retrieval. All three independently reported the same perception during the operation: a figure standing behind the anomaly that was not there. The figure was described identically by all three. This is the first convergent perception recorded in TW-107-positive individuals. The figure has been designated TW-107-A pending further data.
