When a TW-101 manifestation is identified, the building is to be evacuated and secured. Personnel may enter to extract subjects but must not take a number or sit in the chairs under any circumstances. After all subjects are extracted, the room typically dissipates within 48 hours. The counter window is not to be approached. No record of any TW-101 manifestation has been resolved by the window calling all numbers — the room always disappears before the queue is cleared.

TW-101 is a small waiting room that spontaneously manifests inside existing buildings — always between two rooms that did not previously share a wall. The room contains plastic chairs, a number dispenser, and a counter window with frosted glass. Behind the glass, a silhouette is visible and moves. Subjects who take a number and sit will not leave until called. The longest confirmed wait before a subject was physically extracted was 19 days. Subjects who are called and approach the window cannot accurately recall what occurred there afterward, but consistently report that their 'matter has been dealt with.'

TW-101 was reported when a waiting room appeared overnight inside a M.A.L.I.C.E adjacent government facility. Three civil servants were found inside after a 4-day absence, calm and unable to account for the time. The room dissipated before our team arrived. Second manifestation occurred in a parking structure in ████████ — six civilians recovered.
