TW-100 is contained in Vault 7 under Level 5 clearance protocols. Only the Director and Deputy Director have access. The document is not to be discussed in written communications. Research into the document's origin, its knowledge of unregistered anomalies, and the nature of the redactions is Priority 0.
TW-100 is a document recovered from an unknown location by unknown means and placed in M.A.L.I.C.E Vault 7 without any intake record, assigned ID, or accompanying notes. The document is a comprehensive index of all M.A.L.I.C.E anomalies — by ID, name, classification, status, and a one-line description that is accurate in all verified cases. The index includes anomalies not yet assigned IDs. It includes this entry. It includes entries whose IDs do not yet exist in M.A.L.I.C.E records. The final entries on the index are redacted in a manner M.A.L.I.C.E did not perform.
TW-100 was found during a vault audit. No record of its intake exists. Vault access logs show no entry corresponding to its placement. The vault's security has been audited and found intact.

The Deputy Director reviewed TW-100 in full. She reported that the final unredacted entry — the last one before the redacted section begins — described an event that had not yet occurred at the time of her reading. The event occurred 11 days later. She declined to specify which entry or which event. She has requested that no one else read TW-100 until further notice.
