The Accumulation
TW-098 cannot be contained. Registered individuals are monitored. Personnel who exhibit unexplained skill or memory acquisition are assessed. The 11 registered individuals are not to be placed in close proximity to each other.
TW-098 is a phenomenon in which an individual gradually acquires the memories, skills, and personality traits of people they have spent extended time with. The accumulation is slow — meaningful changes require months of close proximity. The process is not noticeable to the individual or to those around them. Long-term M.A.L.I.C.E monitoring has identified 11 cases. In the most advanced case, an individual currently holds fluent working knowledge of four languages they never studied and skills in three disciplines they were not trained in, all attributable to former close associates.
TW-098 was identified through longitudinal personnel monitoring data. An anomaly in a routine skills assessment triggered a review of the individual's documented history and revealed the progressive accumulation pattern.
