TW-097 cannot be contained or reliably predicted. Personnel who report seeing TW-097 are debriefed both before and after entry. Entry is not prohibited. All post-entry debriefs are conducted as soon as possible after the individual's account stabilises.

TW-097 is a door that appears to specific individuals at moments of significant personal crisis — grief, extreme stress, a decision that cannot be unmade. The door is always the same: dark wood, brass handle, no frame. Opening it reveals a room the individual has never been in but instantly recognises as somewhere they were supposed to go. No one who has opened TW-097 has reported the room's contents. All have described feeling, afterward, that their crisis had been addressed. The mechanism is entirely unknown. The door has appeared to four M.A.L.I.C.E personnel.

TW-097 was identified when four M.A.L.I.C.E personnel independently described the same door appearing during periods of personal difficulty. Cross-reference of the descriptions confirmed the match.
