TW-088 is a phenomenon in which birds — specifically corvids — gather in large numbers at the site of significant events approximately 12 hours in advance. The gathering disperses at the moment the event occurs. Significant events documented include a structural collapse (47 minutes before), a medical emergency (10 hours before), and a M.A.L.I.C.E field operation (6 hours before). The birds are silent throughout. They do not appear distressed. No corvids have been found to be anomalous individually.

TW-088 was identified by a field researcher who noticed a large corvid gathering near an incident site and began documenting subsequent gatherings. Cross-referencing with incident reports confirmed the pattern.
