TW-084 cannot be contained. M.A.L.I.C.E maintains an extensive archive of TW-084 sightings. A field team is authorised to attempt contact if TW-084 is located in real time. Personnel are not to approach TW-084 alone.

TW-084 is an individual — a man, apparent age mid-50s — who has been photographed or otherwise documented in 214 verified historical records spanning 400 years. He appears identical in all records. He is always present at significant historical events — discoveries, disasters, pivotal meetings — but never appears to participate. He is always at the edge of the scene. In 17 documented instances he appears to be watching the photographer or camera directly. His identity has never been established. M.A.L.I.C.E has not made contact.

TW-084 was identified by a historian consulting for M.A.L.I.C.E on an unrelated matter who noticed the same figure appearing in photographs from multiple eras in an archive she was reviewing.
