TW-079 cannot be contained. All M.A.L.I.C.E personnel are briefed on TW-079 and instructed to report any sudden onset of the described experience immediately. Affected individuals are to be removed from operational roles and provided psychological support. The means by which TW-079 selects its targets is unknown.
TW-079 is an entity with no fixed form. It has been detected through its effect on others: individuals in its presence become acutely aware of the worst decision they have ever made and experience it in vivid, involuntary detail. The experience lasts between 2 and 40 minutes. It is non-fatal but has caused severe psychological distress in all documented cases. TW-079's location is uncertain. It appears to move. It has appeared in M.A.L.I.C.E facilities on three occasions.
TW-079 was identified after a cluster of psychological distress reports from a single facility over a 48-hour period. All affected individuals independently described the same mechanism: a forced, detailed reliving of their worst decision. No common exposure was found.
