The Borrowed Hour
TW-065 cannot be contained. Affected individuals are registered and monitored. No harm has been documented. Research into the phenomenon's cause and the nature of the inserted time is ongoing.
TW-065 is a phenomenon in which individuals sporadically experience an additional hour inserted into their day that is invisible to all others. The affected individual lives through 25 hours while those around them experience 24. The extra hour is always consistent in its properties: it always occurs between 3pm and 4pm, the individual is always alone during it, and the extra hour contains no anomalous events. Affected individuals report using the hour for rest, reflection, or work. Several report it as the most productive hour of their day.
TW-065 was identified when a research subject in a time-perception study reported a recurring discrepancy in their sense of elapsed time. Investigation confirmed the phenomenon through physiological monitoring.
