TW-063 is an entity that appears as a middle-aged person in business attire, carrying a briefcase. It enters facilities — offices, government buildings, hospitals — and conducts what appear to be inspections. It examines documents, measures rooms, and makes notes in a notebook no one has been close enough to read. It does not speak. Staff uniformly assume it is authorised to be there and do not question it. Upon leaving, TW-063 has never triggered any access control or been captured on exit footage.
TW-063 was identified when it appeared in M.A.L.I.C.E Facility Beta during a standard operational day. Three staff members recalled seeing it but had not thought to report it until debriefing. The notebook it was seen writing in may contain M.A.L.I.C.E operational data.
