TW-062 refers to a category of individuals — currently 23 confirmed cases — who have arrived at events after they occurred and experienced them as if present. These individuals can describe events in accurate detail, including private conversations, despite being confirmed absent. The individuals are not coordinated — they are geographically unrelated and have no known contact with one another. The events they describe retroactively attending vary. Several have described events that, if they had attended, would have placed them in danger.

TW-062 was first identified when a woman accurately described the contents of a classified M.A.L.I.C.E internal meeting she had not attended. Investigation confirmed she was 200km away at the time of the meeting.
