TW-052 is an entity that sends letters. The letters are handwritten, address the recipient by name, and demonstrate detailed knowledge of the recipient's private life. The letters are never threatening. They are, by all accounts, extremely kind — perceptive, empathetic, and insightful. Recipients consistently report that the letters made them feel understood. No return address has ever been present. Postmarks are always from cities the recipient has never visited. In 12% of cases, recipients have replied to no address and reported that a response arrived within 4 days.

TW-052 was identified through a pattern of unusual correspondence reports filed with postal authorities across multiple countries. M.A.L.I.C.E correlated 47 reports over an 8-year period.
