The Half-Built House
TW-050 has been acquired by a M.A.L.I.C.E front company. The site is fenced and monitored. Personnel are not to attempt to enter the building. Research into the figure's identity and the building's self-reconstruction mechanism is ongoing.
TW-050 is a house that is always in a state of being half-built. It cannot be completed. Builders who attempt to finish it report that completed sections are found unfinished when they return the following day. Demolition has been attempted twice; both times the structure was found rebuilt — to its permanent half-finished state — within 48 hours. The house is inhabited. A figure is visible through unglazed windows, moving between rooms. The figure does not respond to communication. Attempts to determine the figure's identity have failed.
TW-050 came to M.A.L.I.C.E attention through repeated local authority planning complaints. Investigation of the site confirmed the anomalous reconstruction behaviour.
Incident Report #001 — Date: [REDACTED]
A contractor hired by the front company to conduct an exterior survey reported that the figure in the window had pressed its hand against the glass and held it there for approximately 8 minutes while she worked. When she approached to investigate, the figure had moved into an interior room. The handprint on the glass was examined. It did not match any individual in M.A.L.I.C.E records.
