TW-045 has been acquired by a M.A.L.I.C.E front company. The building is sealed to the public. Research teams study the iterations under controlled conditions. No object is to be removed from the building without prior documentation. Personnel are not to attempt to enter iterations smaller than 60cm without specialized equipment.
TW-045 is a building in ████████ that contains a smaller, perfect replica of itself on its upper floor. The replica contains a further, smaller replica on its upper floor. This continues for a confirmed 11 iterations before the replicas become too small to enter. Each replica is furnished identically to the outer building. Furniture and objects removed from any iteration of the building reappear in the iteration above it within 24 hours. The building has never had a known architect, developer, or previous owner. Its construction date is unknown.
TW-045 was identified through a property registration anomaly. A surveyor hired to assess the building for commercial purposes discovered the first replica and filed an unusual report. M.A.L.I.C.E acquired the building before the report could be made public.

Research team entered the 4th iteration. The furniture in the 4th iteration included a chair that did not exist in the outer building. When the team returned to the outer building, the chair was present. It had not been there before. It is now catalogued as a secondary anomaly — TW-045-B — pending further review.
