The Pale Patient
TW-033 is contained in a modified hospital ward in Sub-Level 2. The ward is sealed with standard anomaly containment protocols. Personnel entering the ward must not point at, gesture toward, or make direct eye contact with TW-033. Medical monitoring is mandatory for all personnel who have been pointed at.
TW-033 is a humanoid entity that presents as a hospital patient — pale, wearing a standard gown, attached to IV equipment that does not connect to any visible bag or source. It is ambulatory and has been observed moving through walls. TW-033 does not speak but will point at individuals, after which those individuals develop a minor but unidentified illness within 48 hours. The illness resolves on its own within two weeks. No fatalities have been recorded. TW-033 appears distressed when pointed at in return.
TW-033 was reported by staff at a decommissioned hospital in ████████. Multiple patients reported the same figure moving through walls. M.A.L.I.C.E acquired the building and successfully relocated TW-033 to current containment.

TW-033 was found outside its ward. It had apparently walked through the sealed door. It was observed pointing at two members of the night shift before being redirected to its ward. Both staff members developed mild fevers within 24 hours. Both recovered.
