Document Reference: TW-032
Frequency 7.83
TW-032 is classified as a low-risk phenomenon. Research into applications is ongoing. Personnel participating in TW-032 exposure trials must consent in writing and must not operate vehicles or heavy machinery for 6 hours post-exposure.
TW-032 is a persistent audio phenomenon. Individuals exposed to a sustained tone of exactly 7.83 Hz for more than 90 seconds begin to report a strong sense of familiarity with strangers, an inability to feel lost, and in 12% of cases, the ability to accurately describe the interior of buildings they have never entered. The effect is temporary and fades within 6 hours. No neurological damage has been observed. The mechanism is unknown.
TW-032 was discovered during routine audio research at M.A.L.I.C.E Sector 4. A malfunctioning signal generator produced the frequency. Three researchers in the room all independently navigated to a location none of them had been briefed on. Investigation confirmed the frequency as the causative factor.
No incident reports on file.
