The Agreement
TW-030 is stored in a sealed case in Secure Storage Locker 1-A. The case is opaque so that the document cannot be read without deliberate removal. Access requires Level 3 clearance minimum. Under absolutely no circumstances is any personnel to sign TW-030. This instruction is to be given verbally before any authorized access.

The consequences of signing are described in the document's second page, which subjects consistently report 'not quite understanding' despite reading it multiple times.
