Access to TW-025 is restricted to Level 4 clearance only. The room is not to be mentioned in general facility communications. Files from TW-025 are not to be removed — they are to be read on-site and documented via handwritten notes only. No electronic devices are permitted inside TW-025. The door is to be kept locked at all times. A guard is posted outside 24 hours a day.

TW-025 is a room that appeared overnight in M.A.L.I.C.E Facility Sector 9, accessing a section of corridor that previously terminated in a wall. The room is approximately 6 meters x 6 meters, lined floor to ceiling with filing cabinets. The filing cabinets contain files on every known M.A.L.I.C.E anomaly, including classified information not stored in any recoverable system — as well as files on anomalies not yet in M.A.L.I.C.E records. The files on unrecorded anomalies have been confirmed accurate in all cases where the described anomaly was subsequently discovered. The room did not exist on any blueprint. Facility records contain no construction authorization for it. No one has claimed to have built it.

TW-025 was discovered by a night maintenance worker who noticed the new door in Sector 9 corridor. The worker entered and found the filing room. The worker reviewed several files before reporting the discovery. The worker has been relocated to a non-sensitive role. The files reviewed by the worker are not known.
