Borrowed Bones
TW-023 has been neutralized. The neutralization method is documented in classified file TW-023-TERM. Remains of the final host are stored in Bio-Containment Unit 3. Ongoing monitoring for similar entities is maintained as a secondary protocol under this designation.
TW-023 was an entity capable of inhabiting human skeletal systems while leaving the external appearance of the host intact. Hosts showed no behavioral change detectable to casual observers but exhibited complete personality change under detailed psychological evaluation. Hosts retained no memory of their time under TW-023 influence upon separation. TW-023 was capable of transferring between hosts through physical contact lasting more than 30 seconds. The mechanism of transfer was tactile — brief handshakes and similar contact were found to be insufficient. TW-023 showed apparent strategic intelligence and attempted to access sensitive M.A.L.I.C.E information during its final known host occupation.
TW-023 was first identified when a M.A.L.I.C.E researcher's behavior raised concerns during a routine psychological evaluation. Investigation revealed TW-023's presence. Subsequent tracing identified 9 prior hosts going back approximately 4 years. The researcher recovered fully after separation.
Incident Report #001 — Date: [REDACTED]
TW-023, while occupying host ████████, accessed and transmitted a partial M.A.L.I.C.E facility layout to an external recipient before being identified. The recipient could not be traced. Facility security protocols were updated following this incident.
