Containment Procedures

TW-013 is contained in a dedicated cell in Sector 4 of the M.A.L.I.C.E primary facility. No personnel are to spend more than 15 minutes in TW-013's cell per 24-hour period. All interactions with TW-013 are to be conducted through remote observation only where possible. Personnel assigned to TW-013 are to be rotated every two weeks. A dedicated psychological assessment is mandatory for all TW-013 personnel monthly. Under no circumstances is TW-013 to be left unmonitored.

Description

TW-013 appears as a child of approximately 8 years old with no distinguishing features beyond an expression of complete stillness. TW-013 does not speak, eat, or sleep. It does not move when observed. Cameras have never captured TW-013 in motion, yet it consistently appears in new locations within its containment area. Personnel who spend extended time in TW-013's presence report increasing difficulty forming new memories. After 6 hours of exposure, affected personnel cannot remember anything that occurred during the exposure period. After 24 hours of continuous exposure, affected personnel cannot remember events prior to the exposure. The memory loss is permanent.

Discovery Log

TW-013 was found in an abandoned building in ████████ by a local child who reported finding a 'kid who wouldn't talk.' Emergency services responded and were unable to identify TW-013. M.A.L.I.C.E was alerted by a contact within the social services system. TW-013 was transported to the facility. The transport team required memory assessment upon arrival.
