Physical descriptions are consistent: male presenting, approximately 50 years of age, grey coat, no visible face below the eyes. TW-011 is always observed standing near individuals who subsequently experience significant trauma within 24 hours. TW-011 never initiates contact. In all accounts, TW-011 is described as 'just watching.' It has never been successfully photographed.
