Classification: Class-I
Containment Procedures

TW-005 is to be stored in Storage Room 9 with its face covered by an opaque cloth at all times. Personnel entering the room for maintenance purposes are not to uncover the clock face under any circumstances. Access to Storage Room 9 is restricted to Level 1 clearance and above. No personnel with a history of psychological instability are to be assigned to duties involving TW-005.

Description

TW-005 is a grandfather clock of Victorian manufacture, standing 2.1 meters tall. The clock has no internal mechanism — it is hollow. Despite this, its hands move, though they do not track real time. Instead, the clock appears to display the time of death of whoever is standing nearest to it. Subjects who observe the clock's display and then check it against their watch report a growing sense of dread proportional to how far in the future the displayed time is from the present. The clock does not appear to be able to be wrong.

Discovery Log

TW-005 was acquired from an antique dealer in ████████ following reports of distressed customers. The dealer was found deceased at a time matching the clock's display at the time of a previous inspection. The clock was transported without incident.
